We request first-time massage customers to come 10 mins early to allow for assessment of your condition that may be relevant to the therapy. We will gladly provide separate receipts for registered massage therapy if you wish to submit these as extended health plan claims.

Cancellation Policy
There is no fee to cancel bookings no later than 12:01 am the day before treatment. Regrettably, any cancellations after that time is subject to a full session charge.
